Leadership Development
How it works
The leadership development process with Fraendi begins with two semi-structured informal interviews that our consultants analyze along Cognitive and Social-Emotional and worldview lines. After that, a series of thought-provoking material will be provided for you to reflect upon and practice new ways of looking at the world. Throughout the process, you are encouraged to view the challenges you are facing from many different perspectives. In a subsequent conversation, we look at your growth, provide further recommendations and speak about next possible steps for you in our different leadership program parts, such as peer group salons, individual coaching, team consulting and possible steps in your organisational development.
