Story Transcribing and Scoring
Participants share their personal experiences of success at work or in relation to engaging with the organisation. The success factors and patterns are listened to and captured.

Patterns analysis and Report Development
Fraendi consultants analyse the patterns so they can be mapped back into communications, change processes and strategy.
